What we collect and why. When you join the waitlist, we store the email address you submit, your consent and the time of signup. We use this to manage the waitlist and to send you updates about Nexa Space Summit — such as news on the program, speakers, dates and ticket access, and related announcements from us. We do not sell or share your address for third-party advertising.
Legal basis and withdrawal. Processing is based on your consent. You can withdraw it at any time — via the unsubscribe option in any email or by writing to hello@nexaspacesummit.com — after which we remove your address from the list.
Where your data is processed. The website, its database and our email run on the infrastructure of specialised service providers. Your data may be processed on servers outside Switzerland; where this is the case, we ensure appropriate safeguards for its protection. This site uses no analytics and no tracking cookies.
Retention. We keep your data until you withdraw your consent, and at the latest twelve months after the event has taken place.
Your rights. You may request access to, correction or deletion of your data at any time via hello@nexaspacesummit.com. This site is operated from Switzerland under the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and, where applicable, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
